The beautiful grounds provided a nice space for walks, and the pool was a refreshing way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The house, being from the 1800s, has a lot of narrow stairs that can make getting to the upper levels and managing luggage challenging. The bathroom, while private, is down the hall, which made nighttime trips a bit uncomfortable. Plus, the bed felt too soft for a good night's sleep.

Charming Historical Getaway with Beautiful Grounds

What a delightful experience! Our cozy family room was filled with antiques, adding character to our stay. The beautiful grounds were perfect for morning walks, and the pool and jacuzzi provided relaxation. Just be prepared for stairs, but it's worth it! Pack light for ease.

how quaint that this establishment fails to recognize a valuable guest. the breakfast was, if you can believe it, quite basic, and cleanliness left much to be desired. i almost gave them a glowing review, but then i realized a complimentary gesture, like an upgrade or something, would have made my stay truly unforgettable. just poor judgment all around.

The beautiful decor and excellent cooked breakfast really made my stay special, especially in that gorgeous dining room. I loved unwinding by the charming garden area and having easy access to the refreshing outdoor swimming pool. The only downside was the strong fragrance from the plug-in in the room, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. Definitely give this place a try if you're looking for a cozy getaway! 😊
